What is a meat pie?
We won’t give away our secret recipes, but we can tell you that our pies are made from puff pastry which encases meat in a sauce or gravy with seasonings. All of our ingredients are high-quality and our pies are made in Boise, Idaho, where we serve them at our restaurant, Kiwi Shake & Bake.
How big are your meat pies?
We bake our pies to be the perfect size to hold in your hand, making them easy to eat without utensils. They weigh around 200 grams (7oz) and usually 1 pie equals 1 serving.
How long can they be stored?
We ship our pies frozen, and they can then be stored by you in a frozen state for up to 12 months. Once defrosted, they can remain refrigerated for up to 5 days, and once heated, can be eaten straight out of the packaging.
